    We seek a Vice President, Strategy and Analytics who will shape our future and our people.     Job Description - Essential Functions

    • Identify the appropriate goals for profitability and/or customer satisfaction
    • Develop and sell strategies to drive profit and/or customer satisfaction
    • Deliver both short and long-term goals in a fluid environment
    • Refine and improves processes with appropriate controls so they are robust and well documented
    • Develop and retain talented associates
    • Identify team needs, talent and tools, and secure the resources needed
    • Influence and work with colleagues in IT, Operations, Finance and others to improve organizational performance
    • Excellent written, oral and influential communications skills and the ability to drive to agreement with good negotiation skills


    • 8+ years of experience in complex, data-driven problem solving
    • 5+ years of experience in People management
    • Proven and progressive development and strategy experience in a major corporation or top-tier strategy consulting firm or equivalent
    • Bachelor’s Degree required
    • MBA or MS in quantitative field preferred
    • 2+ years of experience in auto lending or other loan operations
    • Exceptional academic experience from a top university
    • Very strong understanding of statistical models, the process to build and oversee them, and business impact


    Must be able to relocate to Spartanburg, SC
