    The Manager, Finance will manage the operational, reporting, and analytical aspects of the organization’s funding platforms, including a capital markets securitization program and multiple bank provided credit facilities. The position will provide financial analysis related to the company’s financing and portfolio performance to senior management, Finance, and Accounting.


    • Manage analysis and completion of daily capital markets borrowing activity and related operational data reporting/processes for all lines of business
    • Oversee creation of monthly investor reports for ACA’s structured financing programs to monitor data accuracy, compliance, performance, and cash flow
    • Manage operational performance through routine tracking of KPI’s
    • Develop automated and highly efficient processes around data and reporting requirements
    • Partner with ACA trust services group and external vendors to coordinate the completion and delivery of all collateral documents for financing arrangements to outside parties
    • Review agreements with outside lenders to manage compliance and ongoing reporting requirements, including coordination with legal department and outside parties such as law firms and trustees
    • Provide ad hoc and ongoing financial analysis to support the growth and funding strategy of the company
    • Partner with the Sr. Manager, Finance to facilitate the structuring and execution of new financing arrangements


    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in finance, economics, accounting or a related field of study with comparable finance/accounting/auditing expertise
    • Master’s degree in finance, economics, accounting or business administration a plus
    • Proven managerial capabilities with at least 1 year of experience in managing a team of direct reports, preferably in an operational setting
    • At least 4 years of financial institution/finance company experience within financial analysis, treasury, accounting and/or auditing experience strongly preferred
    • Coding experience (VBA, SQL, Python, R) a plus
    • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
    • Be able to maintain composure and multitask in a fast paced environment
    • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage budgets
    • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and to innovate
    • Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
    • Highly detail oriented
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel

    Supervisory Responsibility

    This position may supervise 3-5 analysts.


    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

    This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday.  The daily schedule may vary from 8 am to 5 pm or 9 am to 6 pm.  Hours may vary or exceed 40 in any given week depending on the needs of the business.



    No travel is expected for this position.
