The Customer Advocate, Account Operations I is responsible for updating and validating customer account operations in their specific areas of expertise including but not limited to: deferments, over payments, modifications, settlements, and processing of physical checks. Key tasks include: completing account operations as well as investigating and resolving issues as outlined in ACA’s Policy, Procedures, and associated Exhibits.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with a work schedule of Monday-Friday with some schedule variations as needed.
This position will not require travel.
