The Dealer Relations Specialist will be responsible for handling all customer complaints forwarded from Servicing that involve dealer complaints, mechanical issues etc. which fall within the Servicing Guidelines and dealer breaches of the Dealer Agreement with ACA.
The Dealer Relations Specialist, in the process of handling daily tasks, may be required to communicate internally with the following business areas within ACA: Servicing, Marketing, Funding, Underwriting, Accounting and Legal.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days are Monday-Friday. The normal daily schedule is from 8 am to 5 pm but could vary as needed.
No travel is expected for this position.
