The Manager, Identity and Access Management (IAM) will be responsible for overseeing the identity and access management process by implementing and maintaining controls for user access to data, systems and resources within the organization, while simultaneously supervising and leading the IAM team.
This is a full-time position based in our Spartanburg, SC office. The successful candidate will be expected to work onsite during regular business hours.

Qualifications and skills
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has supervisory responsibilities. You may have 4-6 direct reports in this roles including Sr. Security Architects, Security Analysts, AD administrators among others.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Ability to lift and carry 40+ lbs. Ability to pull and terminate Cat6 cabling.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday. The daily schedule may vary from 8 am to 5 pm or 9 am to 6 pm. Hours may vary or exceed 40 in any given week depending on the needs of the business. On call hours will apply and incumbent may be required to come into the office on short notice as needs arise.
Travel
Minimal travel is expected for this position.
