Summary/Objective
As a Remarketing Specialist you will be responsible for maintaining the Remarketing workflow process. In short, this process begins from the time a vehicle is repossessed until it reaches the auction. Within this process, the Remarketing Specialist will review vehicle status in RDN and Auto IMS to ensure that the vehicle is transported to the auction in the most expeditious manner and within the timeframes established to prevent and/or minimize storage fees. The Remarketing Specialist may also be called upon from time to time to reassign vehicle transportation as deemed necessary. As a part of the transportation process, the Remarketing Specialist would also be responsible for approving key fees, issuing hold harmless and changing the vehicle status as needed. In addition, the Remarketing Specialist, once the vehicle has been transported to auction, is responsible for clearing each vehicle for sale. Throughout the Remarketing process, the Remarketing Specialist is required to use specific software that allows them to communicate with vendors and auctions, as well as, email and phones. This role operates fully onsite in our Spartanburg, SC office.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopy/fax machines, and filing cabinets.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with a work schedule of Monday-Friday with some schedule variations as needed.
Travel
This position does not require any work-related travel.
