Summary/Objective The Executive Response Specialist (ERS) plays a critical role in the quick resolution of complex customer issues including but not limited to escalated customers, accounts referred to or being referred to the legal team, policy exceptions, etc.  These interactions will be received from several communication channels including transfer calls through the escalation line, internal/external email, website inquires, and through agencies such as the Better Business Bureau (BBB), Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), or Attorney General’s office. The ERS will resolve/answer customer complaints and concerns directly, indirectly or through escalation to other departments by owning the process from start to finish.
